Our policy lasts 14 days and users have a fourteen-day right to return a product according to Finnish consumer protection legislation. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. If the order is returned, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please tell us which product you would like to return and attach the receipt of purchase to the email. We will then send you the correct shipping address since you will return the product to the designer. Once your return is received and inspected by the designer, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are refunding an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
For the time being we only ship within Finland. Small and flat items are delivered straight to you home. Larger items are delivered to your nearest Posti parcel point (pakettiautomaatti) according to the address that you provide in the check-out. When items are delivered to your nearest Posti parcel point you will be notified with a SMS of exact delivery place.
Orders are normally dispatched within the next three working days after you have placed the order. Delivery time after the dispatching of the order within Finland is 3–7 working days. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays.
In case of complaint: please send us an email to: email@example.com. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We cannot accept returns due to slight color or size differentiations, due to the fact that most products are individually handmade. If by chance the item has broken during the transport, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, and please make sure to send us a picture of the damage. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
